POP YOGA is a childrens educational yoga studio in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Our classes are inspired by classical Yoga and the fundamental truth:
Children love to imagine and play.
Imagination - the ability project audio impulses in the mind - is the strongest developmental tool in childrens lives.
Our Yoga classes focus on developing childrens body awareness, muscle tone, flexibitlity, concentration and group socialisation.
POP YOGA classes offer a mixture of childrens songs and games
with educational content bundled with age appropriate breathing (pranamayana), strength & stability (asana) and relaxation (savasana) exercises.

POP AERIAL YOGA classes allow children age 7 -13 to discover the world of yoga upside down!
Our students gain confidence, flexibility and core strengh while havin loads of fun in our aerial yoga swings.
RESERVE YOUR SPOT!
We offer 3 swings for every class inorder to ensure children can practice safely under constant supervision.
