Our classes follow an age appropriate curriculum.
We ensure that the correct execution of asanas and breathing exercises are acquired during POP YOGA classes.
For these reasons we advise a regular class visit for optimal yogic development of your child.
To ensure the right amount of attention to all children, our classes have limited participants.
